Protection of the Environment

The environment is globally on high risk and under destruction. The pollution of air and water is causing serious issues to the human beings, animals and trees are progressively disappearing. It is up to everyone to play a vital role in making the world the healthiest and safest place. Here are related activities to be done in the long run.

Activities:

  • Sensitize households to use of renewable energy (solar).
  • Promoting trees and flowers plantations in urban and rural areas.
  • Developing rain water catchment systems in villages.
  • Fighting against soil erosion through community awareness campaigns and trainings to farmers.
  • Provide facilities for water and sanitation’s activities in the community and refugee camps in Rwanda.
  • Conducting environmental assessments and training on climate change adaptation.
